Zidane's men welcome the Turkish side in the group stage Matchday 4 clash (9pm CET).
Real Madrid tonight face Galatasaray in Matchday 4 of Group A in the continent's elite club competition (9pm CET). This will be the side's second outing in the competition at the Santiago Bernabéu as the Whites go in search of a maiden home win in this Champions League campaign to edge closer to a spot in the next round. In the other game in the group, PSG play host to Brugge.

We're now at the business end of the group stage with three games to come in which the teams start to look to mathematically secure qualifcation for the round of 16, with Zinedine Zidane stressing the significance of the game in his pre-match press conference: "Our next game is the most important one for us". The coach has named a 19-man squad for Galatasaray's visit.

MADRID FACE THE LAST IN THIS RUN OF THREE SUCCESSIVE HOME GAMES.

Previous results in the European Cup couldn't be any more encouraging for the madridistas. Indeed, Madrid have prevailed every time a Turkish side has visited the Bernabéu in this competition, with Galatasaray being the victims of the Whites' clean sweep of wins on three occasions.

Crucial encounter
Fatih Terim's men head into the contest in a tricky situation, given that defeat here would damage their chances of progressing in Europe. The Turks will have to go all out for victory, just as they did when the sides met a fortnight ago at the  Ali Sami Yen Stadium, where a Toni Kroos goal secured the spoils for Real Madrid.
