Vinicius Junior is today celebrating his 19th birthday. The forward is heading into his second season with the club after making 31 appearances and scoring 4 goals in his debut campaign with the Whites. Beyond surprising defenders with his quick feet and swift wing play, Vinicius also stood out for his impressive assist rate, ranking as the team's second-best player in this regard alongside Benzema (7).

The Brazilian ace, who was born on the 12th of July 2000 in São Gonçalo (Rio de Janeiro), picked up his first madridista trophy at the Club World Cup. Vinicius joined Real Madrid last summer following a tremendous spell at Flamengo. He has also played a number of games for Castilla, in which he's scored 4 goals, and he is one of the candidates for the Golden Boy 2019.
