Six Foundation’s delegations participated in the II Alma Cup in the Philippines

More than fifty beneficiaries enjoyed these days.
The Real Madrid Foundation’s social-sports schools in the Philippines celebrated the II Alma Cup with teams from all the projects on the islands (La Carlota, Nasugbu, San Carlos) and Davao (Santa Cruz, Hagonoy, Padada and Digos City). More than fifty beneficiaries of the integral socio-educational projects enjoyed these days in which they experienced with other children who share their love for Real Madrid, as well as with coaches from different areas of the country.
In total, the Real Madrid Foundation’s social-sports schools developed together with the Roxas Foundation and the Santiago Foundation in the Philippines have 500 beneficiaries from vulnerable environments. In addition to socio-sports activities, students receive school support, regular medical check-ups and nutritional reinforcement, among many other things. The development of these schools also has the support of the Mapfre Foundation
Training days
During the second half of May, the training sessions were held in the socio-sports schools that the Real Madrid Foundation develops in collaboration with the Roxas Foundation in Nasugbú and the Santiago Foundation in San Carlos, which represented the fourth and second training respectively. The days had a total of 28 coaches between both formations, 16 participants in the days at Nasugbu and 12 in those at San Carlos, coming from the La Carlota (Roxas Foundation) and San Carlos (Santiago Foundation) schools.
