Reyes and Llull presented the academy graduate with a replica of the Euroleague trophy won in 2018.
As “Welcome home, Luka” was written large across the WiZink Center scoreboards, the fans obliged with an ovation for Doncic prior to tip-off in the first Euroleague play-off clash, as he took to the court wearing his number 7 Whites' jersey to be presented with a replica of last season's Euroleague trophy by team captains Reyes and Llull. The current Dallas Mavericks star had previously been in the dressing room to greet his former teammates at the Palacio.

Doncic left Real Madrid last summer to go to the NBA following a hugely successful six-year spell. The academy graduate played 216 games with Real Madrid and accumulated an enviable honours list: 1 Euroleague, 1 Intercontinental Cup, 3 League titles, 2 Copa del Rey trophies, 3 MVP for the season (Final Four, Euroleague and Regular Season) and twice voted Euroleague's Rising Star.
