Xabi Alonso: “Some will make it to Real Madrid”

It also boasts the presence of Eva Molleja, Real Madrid academy psychologist and teachers Javier Durán, from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid; and Manuel Abad, from the Universidad de Huelva.
The modules will take in theoretical sessions led by Tristán Celador, head of Methodology at the Real Madrid academy and Under-16s coach; Ignacio Sancho, Real Madrid Castilla's fitness coach; and Sebastián Parrilla, Under-14s assistant coach; alongside practical sessions given by Juan José Crespo, Under-13 coach and José Luis Pleite, of the Under-11s. There will also be talks on training materials presented by Stefan Horzer of Adidas; and the use of analytical and audio-visual technology delivered by Álvaro Gomar of the Real Madrid academy.
