In the 1995/96 season, Real Madrid visited Balaídos on matchday 38 to face Celta de Vigo. In the goal that we take a look back at, Zamorano exhibited one of his specialties: scoring headed goals. The Chilean got above his man and powered home the header from around the penalty spot, putting Real Madrid in front.
Zamorano represented the Whites in 173 games and scored 101 goals over four seasons. The Chilean won 3 titles: 1 LaLiga, 1 Copa del Rey and 1 Spanish Super Cup. On top of this, he also won the top-scorer award with Real Madrid thanks to his 28 goals in the 1994/95 campaign.
