The prize, which he wins for the second time in his career, sees Pablo Laso put the icing on the cake of a spectacular campaign in which Real Madrid won the Euroleague and the League. La Décima came as the Whites defeated Fenerbahçe in the final, having already seen off CSKA Moscow in the semis.
The Whites' coach continues to rewrite the history books with Real Madrid. Since taking over in the 2011-12 campaign, he's gone on to win 15 titles, averaging more than two per year: 2 Euroleagues 1 Intercontinental Cup, 4 League titles, 5 Copa del Rey trophies and 3 Super Cups. Laso has taken Real Madrid back to the pinnacle of continental basketball. He has won every available trophy during his time and also achieved a milestone for the club, clinching the quintuple in 2014/2015.
