After the warm up, the Whites worked on ball circulation, pressing and possession. They followed it up with games in small spaces before ending with stretches.
After half an hour in the gym, the players went out on to the pitch to work on different series of short sprints. This was followed up by separating in to smaller groups to do some continuous running, small sided games and pressing and possession exercises. The Whites ended the session stretching.
