The youth-team star has won three Champions League titles and is in the World Cup with Spain.
Lucas Vázquez celebrates his 27th birthday today. The youth-team product was born on 1 July 1991 in Curtia (A Coruña) and has already lifted nine pieces of silverware during his Real Madrid career. In three seasons with the first-team squad he has won three Champions League titles, two Club World Cup trophies, two UEFA Super Cups, a Spanish Super Cup and a LaLiga title during this time. Lucas has racked up 136 appearances as a Real Madrid player, which have yielded 16 goals.

This season was his best for the Whites, as he was top assist maker for the team with 11 assists. He played the most games too (53), level with Asensio. He started at Real Madrid at the start of the 2015/16 season following a year out on loan at Espanyol. Prior to that he had been a member of the Whites' academy since 2007, when he joined the Under-17s. His performances for Real Madrid have seen him make his debut for the Spanish national team, and he is playing with them at the World Cup 2018.
