The Brazilian has scored seven goals after netting the second in the victory against Malaga.

Casemiro was on target again against Málaga, demonstrating his goal-scoring ability when arriving from the second line. After scoring the second Real Madrid goal at La Rosaleda, the Brazilian midfielder is already having his most creative season. With seven goals, he’s already beaten the six he scored in the 2016/17 campaign.
The Brazilian has scored in three competitions: LaLiga (five), Champions League (one) and European Super Cup (one). Deportivo, Las Palmas, Leganés and Málaga, on two occasions, have been on the receiving end of his goals in the domestic championship. He’s also scored against Manchester United when winning the first official title and on the visit to PSG in the round of 16 second leg.
Only six players in the squad have scored more goals than Casemiro so far this season: Cristiano, Bale, Asensio, Benzema, Lucas Vazquez and Isco. A fact that demonstrates the importance of a key player in the midfield for the winners of the last two Champions Leagues.
