Cristiano Ronaldo is the king of the Champions League. The top scorer in the history of the competition goes in to the last 16 against PSG in a spectacular scoring form. In the last 11 Real Madrid matches in the European Cup, the Portuguese forward has scored 19 goals, an average of 1.72 goals per game. He is also this season's top scorer with 9 goals and in the Group Stage he became the first player to score in all six matches.

His goal scoring in the final stages of last season's Champions League was key to winning the twelfth European Cup. In the quarter-finals, against Bayern, he got a brace in Munich and a hat-trick in Madrid. In the semi-finals, he got another hat-trick against Atlético at the Bernabéu. And in Cardiff he bagged another two goals to help the side win the title against Juventus.

But the scoring streak did not stop there. Cristiano started this years Champions League in style: two goals in each of the first two games against APOEL and Borussia Dortmund. Then came the double-header against Tottenham and Cristiano scored in both games before capping off his perfect Group Stage with another double in Cyprus and a goal at home against Dortmund.
