Isco makes 200th Real Madrid appearance

Isco racked up his 200th Real Madrid appearance this afternoon in Vitoria. The midfielder, who made his competitive debut for the Whites on 18 August 2013 in a 2-1 victory over Betis at the Bernabéu, reaches this landmark in his fifth season at the club, during which time he has played his part in 151 wins and notched 34 goals.

Isco's 200 appearances have come in the following six competitions: LaLiga (133), the Champions League (41), the Copa del Rey (18), the Club World Cup (three), the UEFA Super Cup (three) and the Spanish Super Cup (two). The 2013/14 and 2014/15 campaigns yielded 53 outings apiece, making these his best in terms of appearances made. In the 2015/16 season he featured 43 times, whilst last term he was involved in 42 games. Meanwhile, he has made nine appearances so far this season.
