Results of the madridistas called up by their national teams

Ramos and Isco were on target in Spain's 8-0 rout away to Liechtenstein and Keylor started for Costa Rica in their draw with Mexico (1-1).
Marco Asensio, Dani Carvajal, Isco, Nacho, Sergio Ramos, Lucas Vázquez, Cristiano Ronaldo, Luka Modric, Mateo Kovacic, Keylor Navas, Gareth Bale, Casemiro, Marcelo, Toni Kroos and Achraf were all called up by their national teams for the latest qualifying fixtures for the 2018 Russia World Cup, whilst Borja Mayoral and Dani Ceballos were involved with Spain Under-21s.

Spain v Italy (3-0)
Liechtenstein v Spain (0-8)
Isco played a key part in Spain's victory over Italy at the Bernabéu, scoring twice before the break. The Málaga-born midfielder started the game alongside Asensio, Ramos and Carvajal. In the side's trip to Liechtenstein, a Sergio Ramos header set Spain on their way to a handsome victory, before Isco netted the team's third of the night. Meanwhile, Nacho replaced the Whites' captain at the interval.

Croatia v Kosovo (1-0)
Turkey v Croatia (1-0)
Croatia overcame Kosovo in a match that was postponed on account of the rain and in which Modric played the 90 minutes and Kovacic was replaced on 55'. The two madridistas also made the starting line-up in their team's following outing, against Turkey, with Modric playing the full game and Kovacic completing 80 minutes.

Brazil v Ecuador (2-0)
Colombia v Brazil (1-1)
This Brazil side, boasting Casemiro and Marcelo in their ranks, beat Ecudor 2-0 at Porto Alegre's Arena do Grêmio in a qualifying match for the World Cup 2018. In the second match against Colombia, Marcelo wasn't available due to a suspension brought about by an accumulation of yellow cards and Casemiro was on the bench.

USA v Costa Rica (0-2)
Costa Rica v Mexico (1-1)
Keylor Navas started both of Costa Rica’s qualifying matches for the World Cup during the international break. The Real Madrid goalkeeper started the game in Costa Rica's historic win over the USA was again a standout player for his side in the draw against Mexico, which takes the Costa Rican side a step closer to Russia 2018.

Portugal v Faroe Islands (5-1)
Hungary v Portugal (0-1)
Portugal came through their two games during this international break with flying colours. Cristiano Ronaldo grabbed the headlines with a hat-trick as Portugal swatted the Faroe Islands aside, whilst in the game against Hungary, he set up André Silva to seal a Portugal victory Budapest's Groupama Arena.

Wales v Austria (1-0)
Moldova v Wales (0-2)
Bale played the full game against the Austrians as his side won 1-0 at Cardiff's City Stadium. The madridista once again completed the full 90 minutes as the Welsh produced a late show to overcome Moldova in Chișinău.

Czech Republic v Germany (1-2)
Germany v Norway (6-0)
Germany, who have won all of their games, are the runaway leaders in Group C. Against Czech Republic, Kroos made the starting line-up and teed Mats Hummels up for the visitors' second. Meanwhile, in the rout over Norway, the madrisita completed the 90 minutes at Stuttgart's Mercedes-Benz Arena.

Morocco v Mali (6-0)
Mali v Morocco (0-0)
Achraf's Morocco faced a double-header against Mali. The first of these meetings, played in Rabat, saw Achraf earn his first competitive cap and claim his side's fourth goal in a 6-0 romp. The teams' second tussle, played in Mali, ended in a goalless stalemate, with the wing-bank making the starting line-up. 

Spain U21s v Italy U21s (3-0)
Estonia U21s v Spain U21s (0-1)
Dani Ceballos and Borja Mayoral were both starters in Spain's friendly encounter against Italy at Toledo's Estadio Salto del Caballo, where the hosts ran out 3-0 winners, with the Whites' forward claiming the second goal of the night. In their European Championship qualifier in Estonia, Ceballos claimed the assist for Carlos Soler's winner and played the whole game, whilst Mayoral also started and was replaced after 77 minutes.
