2-3: Portugal win in Armenia with hat trick from Ronaldo

The Madrid forward turned the score around with his three goals.
Cristiano Ronaldo was the star in Portugal's win against Armenia as he notched up a hat trick. His great performance allowed the Portuguese side to make a comeback in the game after the home team took the lead thanks to a good free kick. Ronaldo got the equaliser with a penalty before halftime and turned the score around in the 55' minute. With the next move, the Madrid player got his best goal of the game with an excellent shot from outside the area.

The excitement did not diminish in the last 20 minutes, as Portugal were forced to play with 10 men following Tiago's sending off and Armenia reduced the deficit, taking the score to 2-3, where it would remain unchanged. Coentrão also participated in the win until he was substituted in the 73' minute. The result means that Portugal remain top in their Euro 2016 qualifying group.
