DESCRIPCION

Marrakech is situated in a largely rural province, marked by rural exodus and limited resources and infrastructures for education, health and sports.

The Real Madrid Foundation’s socio-sporting school has grown in this environment to carry out its activity in the Dar Tifl youth shelter, managed by a local Association of the same name. It is a socio-education centre where children and young people live on a full-time basis and receive extra-curricular classes and education support, attend talks on healthcare and hygiene and participate in workshops designed to teach values.

Through the Real Madrid Foundation’s socio-sporting school, the children can also enjoy sporting activity. The beneficiaries of the school are young people with no guardian and or those at risk of social exclusion (single-parent families with scarce resources living in shanty towns).
