Real Madrid ambassador, Felipe Reyes, attended the closing ceremony and awards presentation of another edition of the Copa Alma Europa, which this week brought together four delegations from European socio-sporting schools in Madrid. These trophies recognise the positive values that are transmitted through sport. He was accompanied by others, including Julio González Ronco, managing director of the Foundation; Rosa Roncal, director of the Foundation's International Area; Alberto Angulo, former player and director of Real Madrid's youth basketball team; Javier García Coll, former player and director of CSR and Sustainability at Real Madrid; and Taras Garega, representative of Epicentr for Children, a partner of the socio-sports school in Ukraine.

Reyes congratulated all the participants and said: "It is important that all the values of team sport that you learn by playing become part of your day-to-day life off the pitch, so that you grow up to be the best individuals and role models in your community."

For teams, the school in Felcsút (Hungary) with Ferenc Puskas Academy, was awarded the trophy for the use of the value of companionship; Ukraine, with the support of Epicentr for Children and Epicentr K, had two teams: the yellow team took the prize for respect and the blue team for equality. Manique (Portugal) excelled in self-esteem and Poland, which participated for the first time after its launch last season together with Salesian Missions for the integration of migrants and disadvantaged groups, demonstrated its autonomy. All of them had the chance to share a day of cultural, social and sporting exchange, which was a unique and unforgettable experience for all involved.
