Real Madrid win the first FIFA Club World Cup

The club beat San Lorenzo in the final to add a new trophy to the collection.

The 2-0 win, with goals from Sergio Ramos and Bale, against the Argentine team meant even more glorious history on the 20th December 2014. In the semi-finals, Real Madrid win by 0-4 against Cruz Azul with Ramos, Benzema, Bale and Isco scoring. Morocco hosted the FIFA Club World Cup as Sergio Ramos became MVP of the tournament. The event saw Auckland City, Setif, Western Sidney Wanderers, Mogreb Atlético de Tetuán, San Lorenzo and Cruz Azul play each other.
