Asador de la Esquina

Information:

The new ‘Asador de la Esquina’ boasts spectacular direct views of the football pitch through a window that is more than 25 metres long. The dining area is equipped to serve more than 200 diners.
In the summer, the restaurant has a summer terrace over the stand of more than 300 metres squared, which can cater for more than 150 diners.
The menu includes delights such as the supreme hamburger made with sirloin from the Guadarrama Mountain Range of Madrid, a juicy and well-seasoned steak tartare from the steppes of Russia and the king of beef: a spectacular T-bone steak, a luxurious cut of sirloin with its characteristic T-shaped bone.

Some typical but almost-forgotten Madrid dishes have been revived such as judías del tío Lucas, the San Isidro salad and soldaditos de Pavía. The menu also includes dishes such as Madrid bream, Villamanta roasted kid meat, traditional Madrid chicken fricassée, Villa del Prado grilled vegetables, Aranjuez green asparagus and Chinchón garlic soup.
The deserts include churritos madrileños, bartolillos, pestiños, buñuelos de viento (a kind of sweet doughnut), torrijas (sweet fried bread), and Campo Real cheese with quince jelly.
