Real Madrid return to league action against Levante after the international break and with Zidane on the bench the team has always started back with a positive result. Since the arrival of the Frenchman, the Whites have won their five matches after the international commitments. The first was in April 2016 with a comeback against Barcelona at the Camp Nou (1-2). Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo scored the Whites’ goals in that Clásico.
During last season, Zidane´s team won the first game back on all four occasions. In September they beat Osasuna 5-2 at the Bernabéu, while in October they hammered Betis 6-1 away from home. In November, the competition resumed with a 3-0 win at the Calderón against Atletico, and the most recent return saw the madridistas beat Alavés 3-0.
