Ball work takes centre stage on sixth day of training

The squad continue to hone their fitness levels at the UCLA campus. Zinedine Zidane's charges completed their sixth day of pre-season training, in which recent arrival, Sergio Ramos, was a new face in the group. The captain, who had trained alone on Sunday after having his arrival at the training camp, was involved in the first part of the session with his teammates, after which he completed some running on his own.

Whilst physical work was the dominant feature of Sunday's workout, today saw the Whites carry out a intense session in which ball work took centre stage. After completing some running drills with hurdles, the players worked on possesion and pressure in rondos and various matches on reduced-sized pitches, both with and without goalposts. The session was rounded off with some stretching exercises.
