The forward netted a hat-trick against Málaga at La Rosaleda as Real Madrid went on to win their 32nd league title.

This week's star on Historic Goals is Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese forward is blessed with an innate gift for grabbing goals, the ability to shoot on sight and a winning mentality that is second to none. These qualities have seen him become an idol for the madridista fans and Real Madrid's all-time leading goal scorer, with 404.

The goal we're remembering this week came in the 2011/2012 season at the La Rosaleda, which is the final trip for Real Madrid in their quest to win this year's LaLiga title. Cristiano Ronaldo scored a fine scorpion-style volley from a corner that will live long in the memory, the third of his three on the night - the Portuguese man netting a hat-trick in 14 minutes.

Cristiano Ronaldo has played 8 seasons for Real Madrid, winning 10 titles in the process: 2 Champions Leagues, 2 Club World Cups, 2 European Super Cups, 1 LaLiga, 2 Copa del Rey trophies and 1 Spanish Super Cup. He has also picked up several individual honours, including 3 Ballon d'Or trophies, 1 The Best award, 3 Pichichi trophies and 3 Golden Shoes.
