The Fundacion Rafa Nadal, Realmadrid Foundation, Entradas.com and Real Madrid wish to inform customers about how to be refunded for tickets purchased for the now cancelled ALMA NADAL tennis match.
Those who purchased through Entradas.com/Realmadrid.com will receive an full and automatic refund in the next few days. For more information you may contact us at: email@example.com
Refunds for tickets purchased at Real Madrid CF ticket offices will be as follows:
1) Customers who used debit or credit cards will receive an automatic refund on the card used for purchase.
2) Customers who purchased tickets in cash must go to the Departamento de Taquillas (Ticket Office Department) at Gate 55 of the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, located on Padre Damian Street, at 10:00-14:00 and 16:00-18:00 Monday through Thursday, or on Fridays at 10:00-14:00, starting on 5 July.
