The Match for Hope was a great success. Everyone who participated and saw it from the stands had a lot of fun. Iker Casillas, Esteban Granero, Fabio Cannavaro and Ruben de la Red shared their views on the match with the media.
Casillas
"I hope people had fun and liked the game. I'm very grateful to all those who came and answered our call to help in a good cause."
Granero
"It was a fun game and we played it for a good cause. Lots of friends got together here tonight. It was beautiful to be here. It says a lot in favour of Casillas that he was here tonight despite his allergic reaction. It speaks volumes of his character. He organised the event."
Ruben de la Red
"I'm very happy to help Casillas in such an event."
Cannavaro
"People had fun. We played a good game. I think it's good for us footballers to do this once in a while. We're fortunate in our lives and it gives us a great feeling to make children happy. I believe Real Madrid will win a title this year. They're doing a very good job."
