Cristiano Ronaldo is in exceptional form. The Portuguese has scored in each of his last five matches, and has ten goals in total. In the last match he also showed that he has the measure of Barcelona. On Sunday, at the Nou Camp, he became the first player to score in six consecutive Clasicos and the tenth Real Madrid player to score a brace on Barça’s home turf. Raúl, Puskas, Di Stéfano, Arsuaga, Rubio, Morera, Alday, Gento and Van Nistelrooy are those to have previously achieved the feat. Also, with the 120 goals that he has scored in the league, he goes past Amancio and is now the club’s all time ninth highest scorer in the championship.

Cristiano Ronaldo once again made history in a Real Madrid shirt. With the brace that he scored against Barcelona, he became the only player to have scored in six consecutive Clasicos and passes Zamorano, with whom he shared the record until yesterday after netting in five matches for the Catalan side. Cristiano’s record streak began in the quarterfinals of the Copa del Rey last season, continued that same year in the league match that took place between the two at the Nou Camp and has continued this season with two the matches in the Super Cup and yesterday’s match in the league. In total, four away matches and two at home.

Tenth Real Madrid player to score a brace the Nou Camp
The Real Madrid number 7 also became the club's tenth player to score two goals on the Catalans’ home turf. The last Whites’ player to score two in the Nou Camp was Van Nistelrooy in the 2006/07 season. Raúl, Puskas, Di Stéfano, Arsuaga, Rubio, Morera, Alday and Gento did it before them.

Ninth highest league scorer
Cristiano Ronaldo has already scored 120 goals in the 108 league matches that he has played with Real Madrid and stands ninth in the club’s top scorer list in the championship after yesterday passing Amancio (119). The Portuguese also has a shot at the next two Real Madrid players above him in the table. He is three goals away from the seventh spot that Butragueño and Pirri share with 123 goals each.
