This matchday Real Madrid faces its third of five games in the national championship with its visit to the Vallecas stadium. The white squad is pitting itself against Rayo Vallecano with the intention of continuing with the great showing offered by Real Madrid in its last Champions clash. Mourinho’s men face this clash on a field where the white club is the League team that has won there the most times as visitors.
This is the 14th season that Rayo Vallecano has been playing in the First Division, and Real Madrid has statistics that are more than very good in its visits to the Vallecas stadium. In the 13 games in which both teams have played one another, the white team has had nine victories, one tie, and three defeats, with a balance of 25 goals in its favor and only 14 against it, which makes it the team that has beat the Vallecanos the most times in their own stadium.
The last game between the two teams was during the last season, in the clash that Ronaldo decided with a brilliant kick that gave the three points to Real Madrid (0-1). The white squad has accumulated four more consecutive wins, which makes them the first team in the First Division to have won their last five visits to the Vallecas stadium.
