Second session of the week for Real Madrid who continue to prepare for their league opener against Valencia. The return of the players who had been called up for international duty to play in friendly matches was the main difference in the session. Casillas, Ramos, Xabi Alonso, Albiol, Arbeloa, Cristiano Ronaldo, Coentrão, Benzema, Özil, Khedira, Higuaín and Di María carried out a light recovery session, while Varane, who did not make his debut with France, and Pepe, not playing for Portugal due to a niggle, trained with greater intensity. The second group, less numerous, consisted of the remaining outfield players that the Portuguese coach had available. Callejón, Marcelo, Granero, Kaká, Lass, Pepe and Varane, who did not make his debut with France, worked more intensively with the academy players Cristian and Ríos from Castilla and Rubén Sobrino, Álvaro López and Marc Vales from Real Madrid C. The goalkeepers Adán and Jesús had specific training with goalkeeping coach Silvino Louro.
