Real Madrid returned to work after the three days of rest that followed the American tour. The Whites began to prepare for their Liga debut against Valencia without the fourteen footballers that will be playing international matches. The main news was the participation of Marcelo, who joined the group after winning the silver medal in the London Olympic Games. José Mourinho brought on seven academy players to join the first team footballers that he has available: Óscar Plano, Nacho and Fabinho from Castilla, and Dani Suárez, Kamal, Noblejas and Bruno from Real Madrid C.

It was the first Real Madrid training session in Valdebebas after the American tour. José Mourinho began to prepare for the Whites' official debut, which will take place this Sunday in the Santiago Bernabéu against Valencia (19:00 Gol T), without the fourteen footballers that are playing international matches tonight.

The players called upon by the Portuguese coach worked in two different groups. In the first were the keepers Adán and Jesús, who carried out specific exercises alongside goalkeeping coach Silvino Louro before completing the second half of the session with the group. In the second group the field players trained under the orders of assistant coach Rui Faria, completing various series of physical circuits and ending with shots at goal.
