Before starting the first training session in Philadelphia, Real Madrid enjoyed a light-hearted and improvised session of American football on the pitch at the Nova Care Center. Chas Henry, Alex Henery and Jon Dorenbos, holder, kicker and snaffer, respectively, of the Philadelphia Eagles visited the squad and greeted the players. Some of the Madrid players even dared to go toe-to-toe against the players. Cristiano Ronaldo, Xabi Alonso, Arbeloa, Granero, Higuaín, Ramos, etc. played as improvised holders, snaffers and kickers and many of them demonstrated good American football skills.
