The squad coached by Toril will be pulling out all their big guns in order to maintain the same top form they've been demonstrating in the Alfredo Di Stéfano and clock up three more points in the Liga Adelante. They face Sabadell, a team with whom “you have to be careful because they've had a very good week. They've won both games, a Copa match and a Liga match, so we can't let our guard down”, José Rodríguez stated.
Castilla once again plays in the Alfredo Di Stéfano, a stadium that has become synonymous with victory for the Whites: “We're playing very well at home and winning the matches. We're also doing well in the away games that we've played. It's only been the occasional mistake that has cost us points”, José Rodríguez said. They're a team that knows how to respond in difficult moments in order to turn a match around and stage a comeback, as they did in their last match against Xerez. This is how the Whites' midfielder sees it: “Xerez were applying a lot of pressure at the top of the field, but the goal prompted us to react. We played better, created a number of opportunities and we won the match”.
Castilla is staging this campaign in the Second Division but has hardly noticed the change in category at home, although the players are aware that they need to continue working to become more consistent in their away games: “We're making silly mistakes with the ball that we need to work on because they're costing us points. This is the Second Division and you can't just win the home games, you have to score in away matches too”, José Rodríguez said. The Whites' midfielder has no doubt that they face a complicated rival that has played two very good games this last week against Almería and Hércules: “You have to be careful because they've had a very good week. They've won both games, a Copa match and a Liga match, so we can't let our guard down”.
