RM Castilla striker Jese Rodriguez was the leader of Spain's Under-19 side in the Euro, giving the team the title with the only goal scored in the final against Greece. Jese tallied five strikes in the championship, becoming its top scorer.
Jese netted his first strike in the 2-1 victory over Greece in the second game of the group stage. He then scored a hat-trick in the 3-3 draw with Portugal and sealed his great run in the tournament with the winner in the final against Greece.
