Real Madrid Castilla became the champions of the Second Division B by defeating Mirandes 3-0 in Anduva and 6-0 on aggregate. Morata and Joselu (2) scored for the Whites.
Despite their comfortable lead thanks to their solid win in Game 1, Castilla played a an aggressive game in attack, having a chance through Morata in less than a minute. The opener was netted by the striker on the 4-minute mark following an assist by Denis. The locals reacted and Pablo Infante and Alain put Tomas Mejias' reflexes to the test.
As the minutes went by, the Whites mainly stayed in their half of the pitch and Mirandes started to attack more, but the Madridistas still had the best chances thanks to their swift counterattacks. Carvajal failed to score in the final instance of a solid counterattack and, close to the end of the first half, Joselu banked a second for the team thanks to a phenomenal assist from his teammate.
The pace slowed down in the second half, as the locals seemed to have given up. There were hardly any ventures in attack, but Morata did have a chance to net a third with a shot to a post in the 68th minute.
Joselu was brought down by Nauzet inside the box. The keeper was sent off and the striker converted the penalty, sealing an impressive 6-0 aggregate score for Castilla.
