Real Madrid

Real Madrid have just started the new season. Following the return of all internationals, the team posed for its official 2011/12 photo with President Florentino Perez, Honorary President Alfredo di Stefano and First Team Director Zinedine Zidane.

Individual pictures of each of the squad's 23 players were taken first and they joked around as they waited in line and had make-up applied on their faces.

Each player greeted and had a chat with Alfredo di Stefano. His countryman Gonzalo Higuain was especially attentive with him. Florentino Perez also talked to the players and with Jose Mourinho, who joined in during the individual shoot.

The group photo was taken at Real Madrid City and shows a squad that looks to make history this season by winning titles and thrilling fans with nights of passion and football.

Florentino Perez then posed with the team captains, with the five new signings and, finally, with the five first team players that come from the club's academy.
