Ezequiel Garay rejoined the squad, while Metzelder (contracture on the right calf muscle) and Benzema (injured on one of his adductor muscles) stayed indoors with Pepe. Castilla's Mateos, Ruben Ramos and goalkeeper Felipe Ramos trained with the first team.
Garay missed the match against Deportivo due to a strain on his left hamstring muscles and Saturday's game against Espanyol because he was sick with flu. The squad mainly did ball work after Manuel Pellegrini's team chat.
