Spanish newspaper El Mundo caught up with Real Madrid capatin Raul Gonzalez, who discussed his passion for the game.

"I have always felt very fortunate. I have been able to do what I enjoy most, and that is to play football. I wasn't going to ask that everyone like me as well. I am very grateful for the way I have been treated. Everyone has a way of looking at things and I respect that. I am a footballer and I will never give up."
