Europe is witness to the firepower brought to the table by Real Madrid. With the group stage now on the verge of ending, the Whites are the top scoring team in the Champions League with 15 goals followed by Fiorentina and Arsenal, who have 12 apiece. Cristiano Ronaldo's six goals are the most by any player thus far.

With six Champions League matches in the books, Real Madrid opened a three goal lead on Fiorentina and Arsenal as the top scoring team in the competition with 15 goals, but the Italian and English sides will have a chance to equal the mark on Wednesday.

Real Madrid and Cristiano Ronaldo lead the way. The Madridista is this season’s top scorer so far with six goals. He notched a brace in Matchday 1 against Zurich and had a repeat performance against Olympique de Marseille at the Bernabeu. Last Tuesday he scored another two goals, the first an incredible free kick into the top right corner of the keeper's net.

The Portuguese is trailed by Owen (ManU), Dzeko (Wolfsburg) and Krasic (CSKA Moskva), but Mutu (Fiorentina) and Cesc (Arsenal), with three goals each, have an opportunity to chip away at Ronaldo's lead later tonight.
