Granero optimistic about the match against Racing Santander

Esteban Granero talked about Real Madrid's forthcoming match against Racing Santander at the Bernabeu on Saturday (20:00 CET).

"We need the three points. I am anxious to play at the Bernabeu again. I want the crowd to have fun and to enjoy the game."

"I think the league stoppage has affected us more than Racing because we have many international players. Racing are having a disappointing run and they recently signed a new coach. I'm sure they will be very motivated on Saturday."

"They will play at the Bernabeu, which is always a complicated venue. They will give more than 100% against us. I believe the match will be tough despite the fact that we are the favourites to win. We will benefit from our fans' support."

"I think we'll score early on if we start the match well. Teams that play against us here normally drop their performance level if we score an early goal. We will be very motivated for the match."
