Casillas, Ramos, and Guti make 2007/08 all-league team; Pepe makes breakout season squad

The Spanish edition of uefa.com has published it's 2007/08 all-league squad and three Madridistas made the final cut. Casillas, Ramos, and Guti captured the hearts of football fans who voted through the uefa.com website. Pepe, meanwhile, was selected as a member of the breakout season team.

2007/08 all-league team (4-3-3 formation):
Iker Casillas (Real Madrid); Sergio Ramos (Real Madrid), Capdevilla (Villarreal), Coloccini (Deportivo Coruña), Cata Díaz (Getafe); Guti (Real Madrid), Andrés Iniesta (FC Barcelona), Jorge López (Racing Santander); Güiza (Real Mallorca) Luis Fabiano (Sevilla), and Agüero (Atlético Madrid). Racing Santander coach Marcelino García Toral was named coach of the year.

2007/08 breakout season team (4-4-2 formation):
Diego López (Villarreal); Pepe (Real Madrid), Martín Cáceres (Recreativo Huelva), Bruno (Almería), Filipe Luis (Deportivo Coruña); Rubén de la Red (Getafe), Esteban Granero (Getafe), Capel (Sevilla), Sisi (Valladolid); Bojan Krkic (Barcelona), and Alvaro Negredo (Almería)
