Everyone is excited during the Christmas holidays. Real Madrid have earned impressive numbers so far in the season that seem to anticipate success. All Madridismo is excited and the Club's hearts beat as one to pay fans back for their faith. President Florentino Perez, Jose Mourinho, Iker Casillas and Sergio Ramos gathered round the Christmas tree to wish the supporters a merry Christmas and a very happy New Year.
Florentino Perez
"This club is great especially thanks to its members and supporters, who are enormously loyal. They always pack the stadium to be there for their team, but they are also very demanding. This level of demand is what pushed us to become the Best Club in the 20th Century. We feel proud to have them."
"May the dreams of all Madridistas come true. This will happen by winning titles. We have a young, talented team hungry for titles, and we also have the best coach in the world. We've laid the foundations for 2011 to bring us all the satisfactions we dream of."
"We hope to be successful sportswise next year. We should also use the influence we have in this world to focus on charitable work, to which we dedicate a great deal through our Foundation."
Jose Mourinho
"The team has shown it no longer has trouble to fight and achieve its goals. We are playing in three championships and we want to fight to the end. Why shouldn't I start 2011 hoping that we do?"
“I would love to go to Cibeles because it would mean we won a title through hard work and sacrifice. I would like to help Real Madrid start a run of triumphs, not just win one."
"What I want for Christmas is to see my family with smiles on their faces every day, with health and full of satisfaction."
Iker Casillas
"Our success comes from the unity on the squad. We are a young team and our innocence manifests itself in the joy we always showcase. The most important thing on the team is the unity and great group of players we have."
"I want our injured players to have a speedy recovery so that the coach can count on the entire squad."
"I am anxious for 2011 to arrive in order to have new excitements, projects and goals."
Sergio Ramos
"I imagine a magical moment in 2011. I see us winning our tenth European Cup title, with the whole squad gathered round the trophy at the Bernabeu and the fans enjoying the moment."
"I want to have a good start to the year and I aspire to continue to grow as a player and to work hard."
"I will spend the holidays in Seville and will reflect on things. I will look at the things I did right and wrong to have a better start to the year and make fewer mistakes."
