    The Real Madrid Foundation organises a yearly conference of academic and professional guidance for players in the football and basketball youth systems and their parents, with the help of the Sporting Directorship of the Club.

    These sessions look to stimulate children in the youth system who have finished school to continue with their studies either in universities or in professional formation schools.

    The Foundation wants to make the Club's young promises realise the importance of studies and that it is possible to combine them with a career in sports.
