NEW FAN CLUBS AND CELEBRATIONS

Dear President,

Before, in order for a fan club from outside the Province of Madrid to become and official Real Madrid Fan Club, at least 50 of its members had to be Madridista Fan Club Card holders.

Starting in February 2008, at least 5 members from a fan club outside the Province of Madrid should be Club Members, and must have at least 50 members in total, in order for it to become an official Real Madrid Fan Club.

We are unable to attend all of the celebrations that are organised by fan clubs throughout the year due to their large number. In order to meet with this demand, we have come up with the following attendance plan:

• Inaugurations: attendance of a Real Madrid veteran
• 10th anniversary: attendance of a veteran and a representative of the Fan Club Department
• 25th anniversary: attendance of a Board Member and a veteran
• 50th anniversary: attendance of the President and a veteran

If any fan club celebrates an anniversary that does not coincide with the three listed above, we will try to send a veteran or a representative of the Fan Club department to the celebrations.
