Real Madrid

Once again, Real Madrid players didn't fail to attend a charitable event. Guti, Ramos, Torres, Cannavaro and Casillas were some of the footballers that participated in the IV Golf Tournament organised by the Fundacion Menudos Corazones. They took the chance to congratulate Barcelona for their Champions League triumph.

Guti
"I'm neither happy nor sad. I just want to congratulate Barcelona for their victory because they've had a great year and made history. I feel healthy envy because they are a great team that has a great relationship with its coach. That shows on the pitch."

"We want this season to end in order for a better one to come under the banner of a new project. New people willing to make a new team that may win the league and be an important European side will bring a lot of energy to achieve their goals. That's the least a club like Real Madrid can ask for."

"A new and exciting era is dawning. Florentino brought the best players and we had great times with him at the helm. I think he will sign the best players around and that's what we all want. We want a strong squad capable of fighting for the three titles."

Torres
"Barcelona deserved to win because they played very well. We are slightly jealous of their spectacular season. We are anxious for the new campaign to start and we hope we can achieve what they did this year."
