Real Madrid again showcased their quality and brilliant teamwork by defeating CB Murcia 96-67. Kaukenas scored 18 points, while six Madridistas notched more than 10 points.

Tomic and Velickovic shared duties under the iron at the start of the game, with Llull and Jaric acting as playmakers and putting pressure on Murcia. Real Madrid soon had a comfortable lead (2-8) and won the first period with a 12-point cushion.

The locals tried to fight back with the scoring skills of Vuijanic and Sy and reduced the distance by less than ten points, but Velickovic, who managed to score four three-pointers in the first two quarters, gave Real Madrid a 20-point lead with a dunk following a counterattack and a successful 2+1.

Louis Bullock came on in the second half and Messina devised a man-to-man defence. Real Madrid dominated the game under the iron and grabbed most rebounds, which allowed them to pull off fast transitions and to score easy shots. The Madridistas had a 24-point cushion at the end of the third act.

Nothing changed much in the final period and Real Madrid eventually won 67-96, earning their 17th victory in the ACB League this season and remaining undefeated in the Spanish competition in 2010.
