Iker Casillas' latest record was to become the most capped Spanish player in the history of the Euro in the match against Croatia. The Madridista has already participated in 11 Euro games since making his debut in the champoionship back in 2004.
Iker was also on the squad that played in 2000 edition and reached the quarterfinals, but he didn't play a single minute. His first match was the 1-0 victory over Russia on 16 June 2004, in which year he played the three group stage games. He won the title in 2008 after playing in two group stage games and in all ensuing encounters.
